Spring Registration 2024

SPRING REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED, BUT LATE REGISTRATION MAY BE AVAILABLE!! PLEASE CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE COORDINATOR LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO REQUEST LATE REGISTRATION!

Practice will begin April 8th and the season will run through mid-June.

Scholarships are available for RAL registration fees with proof of free or reduced lunch.

ALL players are required to have an active US Lacrosse membership thru July 1st 2024

The 8U and 6U divisions will be a free opportunity focused on learning the basics of lacrosse and skill development. If there's enough interest from the players and parents, we will provide opportunities for games.

Lacrosse is growing like crazy in Rochester, and RAL needs more parent involvement in order to remain successful. If you'd like to get more involved with RAL, there are several current and upcoming board and committee openings:

RAL board meetings will be held via Zoom until further notice. Please email ralaxboard@gmail.com for meeting links if you wish to attend. If you have a specific topic you would like to discuss during the meeting, you will need to contact a board member to have the topic added to a future agenda.

Youth Coaches Needed!

Lacrosse in Rochester has grown at a tremendous pace over the last few years, this is great for the game but creates a problem for our organization. We do not have enough coaches to teach the game to all of our eager kids.

The Rochester Area Lacrosse board is looking for parents to volunteer to coach boys or girls teams for the spring or summer season. We know many of you may not have experience coaching lacrosse but we also know many of you have coached other youth sports.

We can teach you everything you need to know about the game, provide practice plans, game plans as well as give you the opportunity to attend coaching clinics at no cost to you.
