Summer Registration 2025
The 2025 summer lacrosse season is approaching quickly! Practice will begin the week of June 9th. The summer season runs through July 23rd.
Scholarships are available for RAL registration fees with proof of free or reduced lunch. If you are interested in a scholarship for your athlete, please email us at ralaxboard@gmail.com

Girl's Summer League Information
League Dates
Summer Regular Season: Monday, June 9 – Wednesday, July 23, 2025 (Wednesday, July 16th for 6-10U)
League Games
- No games on Fridays or Thursday July 3rd
- 12/14U/18U generally play games on Tue/Thur
- 6/8/10U generally play games on Mon/Wed
- 6U games will be scheduled based on interest and availability
Teams primarily play single games on weeknights but doubleheaders will be scheduled upon requests when able. Our Rochester teams typically request doubleheaders in order to reduce travel for families.
Practices
Practices are typically held twice per week at Kellogg Middle School. Days and times for practices will be confirmed closer to the start of the season.
- Girls 18U - Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:00pm-7:00pm
- Girls 14U - TBD
- Girls 12U - TBD
- Girls 10U - Mondays/Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:15pm
- Away/home games on select Wednesday evenings
- GNLL State Tournament: July 19-20 in Delano
- Girls 8U - Mondays/Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm
- Away/home games on select Monday/Wednesday evenings

- Our boys' programs will Tournament-Only for the summer season. We are working to confirm the following tournaments for our 8U-14U teams:
- Woodbury Black + Blue: June 28-29, M Health Fairview Sports Complex

- GNLL Summer State:
- 6-8U Jamboree: Sat July 19 @ Delano HS
- 10U Tournament: Sat July 19-20, 2025 @ Delano HS
- 12/14U: Fri-Sun, July 25-27, 2025 @ WBL North Campus
* Some tournaments may include Friday afternoon/evening games
